1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using TradeScope ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, members, and users.
2. Nature of the Service
TradeScope is a software, research, and analytical publishing platform. TradeScope provides standardized analytical software and market information. It does not access brokerage accounts, execute trades, manage customer funds, or provide outputs customized to an individual user's financial circumstances. TradeScope is not a brokerage, a trade copier, a managed-account service, or a personalized financial adviser. Strategy outputs are standardized: the same strategy, parameters, and market data produce the same output for every user.
3. Informational Content
Content, algorithm outputs, market studies, replay material, and communications provided through TradeScope are standardized analytical information. Nothing constitutes personalized investment advice or a solicitation to buy or sell any security, futures contract, or other financial instrument.
4. Risk Disclosure
Trading futures, equities, options, foreign exchange, and digital assets involves substantial risk. TradeScope provides analytical software and standardized market information. No market level, strategy, or historical record guarantees a reaction, a reversal, or a profitable outcome. Nothing displayed on this website guarantees future performance or should be interpreted as personalized financial advice. You may lose more than your initial investment. Historical and forward-tested performance cannot guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions.
5. Platform Status
TradeScope is in active development. Capabilities described as in development, coming soon, or future releases are not currently available, and their scope or timing may change. Access to community resources may be offered, modified, or withdrawn as the platform evolves.
6. Intellectual Property
All algorithms, studies, frameworks, written content, and materials are proprietary to TradeScope unless otherwise stated. You may not share, distribute, resell, or republish any content outside of your personal use without express written permission.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access for any user who violates these Terms, shares proprietary content without authorization, or behaves in a manner inconsistent with the standards of the community.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeScope and its operators shall not be liable for any trading losses, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
